Samsung has reportedly reduced the prices of the Samsung Galaxy S21 and Samsung Galaxy S21+ smartphones in India. As reported by SamMobile, the move comes when the Korean tech giant is reportedly gearing up to launch the Samsung Galaxy S22 series and Samsung Galaxy S21 FE smartphones early next year. According to the report, the brand’s offline stores are offering an instant cashback of Rs 5,000 on smartphones till December 23.
As per the report, the Samsung Galaxy S21 with 128GB storage is available at Rs 59,999 after the Rs 5,000 cashback and the variant with 256GB of storage is available for Rs 63,999 after the cashback. The Samsung Galaxy S21+ with 128GB storage is priced at Rs 71,999 and the variant with 256GB storage is priced at Rs 75,999. The report emphasizes that the price drop is only for offline stores in India.
It is worth noting that the smartphones are available at a much lesser price on the official website. The 128GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone is available at Rs 54,990 and the Galaxy S21+ 128GB variant is priced at Rs 71,999. Both the smartphones were launched in January this year and have received the One UI 4.0 update.
Samsung Galaxy S21 and Samsung Galaxy S21+ specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone comes with a 6.2-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is powered by a Exynos 2100 chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. When it comes to camera, the device sports a 12MP+12MP+64MP triple-camera setup at the rear and a 10MP selfie shooter at the front. The smartphone is available in four colour options – Phantom Violet, Phantom Gray, Phantom White and Phantom Pink.
The Samsung Galaxy S21+ smartphone comes with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Other specifications of the smartphone are the same as the Samsung Galaxy S21. The device is available in three colour options – Phantom Violet, Phantom Black and Phantom Silver.
