Medical Advertising Hall of Fame announces 2022 inductee – News – MM+M – Medical Marketing and Media – Medical Marketing and Media

Stacey Singer, whose 30-year career saw her lead multiple agencies within WPP’s Ogilvy CommonHealth division, has been selected by the Medical Advertising Hall of Fame as its sole 2022 inductee.

Singer will be honored at the organization’s awards dinner on February 10. With the 2021 ceremony canceled due to the pandemic, the prior year’s class of inductees will be on hand to accept their awards as well.

Singer started her career at Thomas Ferguson Associates, which later became CommonHealth, and managed several divisions within CommonHealth. They included one of its promotional agencies (Adient), an insights group (MBS/Vox) and a med-ed company (HLS). Her most senior position was managing partner at Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide.

Singer then ran Team Chemistry for WPP, handling the firm’s Johnson & Johnson professional and consumer business. After five years in that role, she worked for another five within the network to build a global client satisfaction center of excellence. She left in 2019 and now works on a consulting basis with agencies.

As the MAHF black-tie dinner returns to its traditional in-person venue, The Pierre Hotel in New York City, Singer will be joined on the honoree podium by the 2021 MAHF inductees Maris Schilling, Risa Bernstein and Ron Souza.

Seats and tables for the February 10 dinner may be reserved at www.mahf.com/gala.
