After nearly four decades of supplying machines and tools to other companies, homegrown business Flexmech Engineering is branching out. Within three years, it will offer services to support various machines, including digitalisation to track productivity and flag issues. This will enable it to expand further globally. “We’re evolving from an equipment supplier to an advanced manufacturing technology provider,” says managing director Tan Ru-Jin, 40.
